This paper is related to the responses of the territory of Verona regarding the reception of refugees from Libya since spring 2011. The analysis of bureaucratic procedure for the recognition of the refugee status, the distribution of the migrants in facilities involved for their availability and the interviews carried out show the complexity of the topic and the queries still open.
