The theme of anger in the Senecan treatise is analysed not only from an ethical-philosophical point of view but also on a nosographic side. What also stands out is the analysis of the catastrophic effects of this adfectus, per se strictly pertinent to the moral sphere, in particular as a vector of propulsion of socio-political degeneration.
